I’m trying to request a refund, but I paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. What do I enter as the last 4 digits of my credit card number?

Requesting a Refund for an Apple Pay Transaction

If you are requesting a refund and you paid with Apple Pay, you must enter the last 4 digits of your Device Account Number instead of your physical credit card number.

Device Account Number is a separate and unique device-specific number linked to your credit card. A Device Account Number is created when you add a card to Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses the Device Account Number when you make a payment (or a refund of that payment), so that your actual card number isn’t shared with a merchant.

You can find your Device Account Number on the card details screen in your Apple Wallet.

How to find your Apple Pay Device Account Number:

1. Open the iOS/Apple Wallet app (this is not the CSC GO app).
2. Select the card you used for payment with CSC GO.
3. Tap on the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Scroll down to Card Information to find and note the Device Account Number (only the last 4 digits are visible, and are all you will need to request a refund)
5. To ensure your refund is processed correctly, you must enter the Device Account Number (last 4 digits) assigned to the card used for that transaction as part of the Refund Request in the CSC GO experience.

Requesting a Refund for a Google Pay Transaction

If you are requesting a refund and you paid with Google Pay, you must enter the last 4 digits of your Virtual Account Number instead of your physical credit card number.

Virtual Account Number is a type of temporary alias for your actual credit card number. A Virtual Account Number is created when you add a card to Google Pay. Google Pay uses the Virtual Account Number when you make a payment (or a refund of that payment), so that your actual card number isn’t shared with a merchant.

You can find your Virtual Account Number on the card details screen in the Google Pay app.

How to find your Google Pay Virtual Account Number:

1. Open the Google Pay app.
2. Tap Payment.
3. Choose the payment card you used with CSC GO.
4. Scroll down to the bottom to find the Virtual Account Number (only the last 4 digits are visible, and are all you will need to request a refund in CSC GO).
5. To ensure your refund is processed correctly, you must enter the Virtual Account Number (last 4 numbers) assigned to the card used for that transaction.
